Q) Where do you ship to?
A) Only valid addresses in the following territories: Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK and USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other addresses, so please do not attempt to order if your shipping address does not qualify.
Q) When will the product be shipped? Can I specify the arrival date?
A) Our aim is to ship your product to you by December, 2026, but the arrival date will vary depending on the shipping location and may also be affected by factors beyond our control. Additionally, please understand that whisky is not bound by the usual regimental routine of life, and we are committed to providing you a very high quality spirit, so we may decide it needs to be matured a little longer before being bottled for you. This would obviously necessitate a delay in shipping to you, but we will keep you informed and let you know if this is the case. In order to minimize the risk of losing contact, we recommend that you opt in to receive our newsletter by email and consent to receiving SMS/text from us. We will only send you a SMS/text if we are unable to reach you via email.
Q) Are the shipping expense and related costs included?
A) The cost of shipping and associated costs, such as local taxes and duties, are not included in the pre-order price. We will calculate shipping costs and communicate this to you as we near the time of bottling of the product. However, it is your responsibility to research local taxes and duties applicable in your territory, and to pay them when receiving their product as required. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of your product, or by any delay or confiscation at the point of entry to your territory, due to non-payment of such taxes and duties.
Q) When will the shipping fees be charged?
A) Prior to shipping we will send you a notification of the cost of shipping, before we charge this to you. Please remember this will not include any local taxes or duties – see above.
Q) Is it possible to cancel the order?
A) Yes, you can cancel your order, up to 8 days following the date of your order confirmation. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details regarding cancellation.
Q) My shipping address has changed, or I would like my order shipped somewhere else. What should I do?
A) Please email us immediately, with your order number, name, original address and the new address you would like your product to be shipped to. We will confirm this change via email. We can only accept changes until 31st December 2025.Your shipping address must be a valid address in the following territories: Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK and USA. If your new shipping address does not qualify, we will not be able to ship the product to you and you will not be entitled to a refund in such circumstances.
Q) My product was damaged in transit, what should I do?
A) Please contact the delivery service who inform you of the next steps to claim a refund of the price of the product and the shipping charges. Please note that as the product is strictly limited edition KDI will not be able to provide a replacement for a damaged product.
Q) When will the design of the bottles, packagings and labels be released? When will I know when my product is ready to be shipped?
A) If you consent to receive emails from us, wWe will keep you up to date at least twice a year, via our newsletter, to let you know how we are progressing. We will also post updates on this webpage, as and when as we have any, so please do bookmark this page and check back regularly.
Q) The product was out of stock when I tried to order. What can I do?
A) You may request to be added to the waiting list so that we are able contact you in case the product becomes available again. This may happen if other customers’ orders are cancelled. Please note that we will contact persons on the waiting list in random order and cannot guarantee that earlier additions to the waiting list will be contacted before later additions.
